Setting up this blog is extremely challenging and often frustrating, but I am determined to finish it by end of next month. Why the construction took almost one calendar year? Work, meeting, studies, assignments, exams, taking care of parent, household chores really drive me nuts. Learning the technical skills of beading also tortured my hands and pushed my creativity to the maximum limit. The sleepless nights sometimes gave me bouts of headache. But it was a humbling experience.
The most challenging episode was not about setting up the physical equipments though, but to convince my sister that life in the beads lane can put a bread on our tables. Preparation for the emotional equipments has been topsy-turvy for me since, especially to induce her mind to consider it as a core business.
In 2011 we are determined to succeed. Pursuing a Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Management happens to be a right path for me as the beads lane can be used as guinea pigs and test out all the theories.
